Method of Shikanji Preparation
Serving: 1 Glass (Approx. 300ml – 350ml capacity)
Ingredients Required:

Shikanji Masala: 1/4 of Teaspoon

Sugar Syrup (Chini ka Sharbat): 70g

Fresh Lemon: 1 piece

Chilled Soda Water: 200ml

Step-by-Step Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Base
Take a serving glass and pour in 70g of Sugar Syrup. Squeeze the juice of 1 fresh lemon directly into the syrup.

Step 2: Add the Flavor
Add 1/4 of teaspoon of Shikanji Masala to the mixture to give it that authentic, tangy taste.

Step 3: Add Ice & Soda
Drop in a few ice cubes, then slowly pour in 200ml of chilled soda water.
